My name is Nyree Cyrus-Williams, and I am the current elected Vice President of SEQCC for the term of 2019-2021. I joined SEQCC with the hopes to learn more about photography and be around like-minded people who love taking photos. I did just that along with meeting some wonderful people.

I consider myself a photographer enthusiast with a love for candid captures. I love to take photos that create the most picturesque moments. I love when a photo looks “polished” to me. I have looked at other photographer’s work that make me think, whomever took this photo has the most creative visions. I aim to receive that same reaction.

Portraits and Lifestyle photography are my favorite genre of photography. I also love to experiment with long exposures. It is so much fun and the results are always so beautiful. Ever since I was a child, I knew I wanted to do something that allowed me to capture moments that can be looked back on with a smile. I have a great deal of knowledge when it comes to photography, but with so much more I have yet to learn. I am willing and able to share any information I have because I believe sharing is caring.
